What methods of payment are accepted on the site
Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard et American Express).
How long does it take to receive my order?
The delay varies depending on the destination and the type of product. In general, between 2 to 7 business days. Firearm orders may require additional steps.
Can I have a firearm or crossbow delivered to my home?
Yes. Additional information will be requested during the order. We will fill in the necessary documents. Transport costs will be calculated afterwards
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If the order is not yet being processed, it’s possible. Contact customer service as soon as possible.
Are all the online products available in store?
Yes. However, some products are available only in-store.
In-store services
Do you offer the assembly of weapons, bows or reels?
Yes. Your equipment can be assembled and adjusted in-store by our technicians according to the manufacturer’s specifications and your intended use.
Do you offer a weapon cleaning or equipment maintenance service?
Absolutely. Cleaning, oiling, setting up sights, or maintaining rods and reels; our experts are here for that.
Can I have my glasses or bow calibrated in the store?
Yes. We offer on-site calibration and adjustment service, to optimize your field performance.

How to choose the right fishing rod or reel?
It all depends on the type of fishing you practice: freshwater, river, or light casting. Our product sheets and our advisors are there to guide you.Do you sell ammunition online?
According to provincial regulations, ammunition can be sold online, but their delivery is regulated. A valid permit is required.Do you have products for beginners or family?

Do I need a licence to buy a firearm?
Yes. A PAL (possession and acquisition licence) is required for firearms.Do you offer in-store license renewals or new license issuance?
We issue hunting permits (in-store only). All renewals of hunter certificates or firearms Possession-Acquisition cards are made with the authorities concerned.Hunting seasons
Which products do you recommend depending on the hunting season?

How do I know what hunting dates are in my area?
Dates vary by province, area and type of game. Visit the official website of the Ministry of Forests, Wildlife and Parks, or drop by the store to discuss it with our experts.
Do I need a permit to buy a crossbow?
In Quebec, it is not necessary to have a license to buy a crossbow. However, it is mandatory to hold a compliant license to use a crossbow as a hunting weapon.
Is it possible to register firearms in my place at the SIAF (Firearms Registration Service).
We do not register firearms for weapons or transfer of registration for individuals. Provincial law does not permit this.
On the other hand, we transfer registrations for all weapons sold in stores, in accordance with Quebec provincial law.
