- No parcels delivered to a PO box
- The billing address must be the same as the one on the credit card used
- Free shipping* is offered to residents of Canada with any online purchase of $75 or more before taxes
- Fixed fee* of $15 for all orders under $75 before taxes.
- Additional charges may apply on oversized and remote items, for firearms, ammunition or fragile and liquid products.
- Only Canada Post offers the transportation of firearms and ammunition.
Sales Taxes:
Sales taxes are determined based on the delivery address of the orders, in accordance with the tax rates established for each of the Canadian provinces.
Order Tracking:
Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number.
Terms of Sale:
- DELIVERY TIME
A delay of 1 within 10 business days must be allowed to process orders for products in stock at our store and deliverable in Canada only.
- RESPONSIBILITY
Performance Chasse Pêche inc. declines all responsibility in the event of a delay in delivery due to stock shortages, whether or not attributable to the carrier, or resulting from an agreement between the place of receipt and the carrier bearing the SNR mark (signature not required). Performance Chasse Pêche inc. ships all its orders with a mandatory signature. However, if an RRS agreement is in place for the receiving location, it means that you agree to leave the package unsigned, which is considered a valid signature. Therefore, if the package is lost or stolen as a result of this delivery, Performance Chasse Pêche inc. is not responsible for any credit or order replacement costs.
Delivery Attempt – Recipient Not Available
If a delivery attempt is made but the recipient is not available to accept the shipment, a delivery notice will be left specifying the address where the shipment can be picked up. Your shipment will be held at the shipping facility for a maximum of five business days.
If the package is not picked up within the allotted time, it will be returned to Performance Chasse Pêche inc.
If you still want your package, you will be charged a delivery fee for this 2nd shipment.
